✦ Diljit's Corner ✦

I'm Diljit, originally from the southern part of India but grew up most of my life in Calcutta where I did my bachelors in computer science and engineering. I have always been fascinated by the world of computers and have been programming since the age of 10.

I completed my bachelors in computer science and then went on to do my first job at Hewlett Packard on the DataCenter and Infrastructure division where I learned a ton about storage, network and servers management. Later on I moved on to work with companies like Nutanix, PayPal, Zalando, Twilio, SingleStore and currently with Wayfair working on Supply Chain business problems — helping Wayfair move products from warehouse all the way to customers' doorstep.

I write interesting articles about distributed systems, computing and system design problems.

Outside work, I spend most of my time with my 2-year-old naughty dog Rocky and family. I am also passionate about fitness, cars and travel. If you really wish to have a deep conversation, feel free to mail me.
